The website offer a free trail period for 30 days to explore the different training programs available. However, to use this offer, you have to provide your credit card details. They claim they won't charged your credit card when canceling your subscription before the end of the free trail period, but why ask credit card details in the first place?

I signed up for a free 30 day trial account and entered my credit card information as requested. I read the cancellation policies and confirmed on their website that I would not be charged unless I did not cancel before the trial period was up. I cancelled shortly after (far before the 30 day mark) I initially signed up for the trial, yet later found that I was charged $19 for a service I didn't use a single time. This is an unethical, wrong, and disheartening business practice. At face value, the website appears to be legitimate, but apparently not. The one tutorial I did watch very briefly was absolutely horrible, on top of being charged when I shouldn't have. When I tried to contact customer support, I got a strange voicemail and was never able to reach anyone from their site/company or support team, whether that be over the phone or via email/support form. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL ACCOUNT. I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS SITE. It's very easy to get lured in. There are a few other sites out there where I have encountered the same deal with regards to signing up for a trial account, canceling, then getting charged. How can these people live themselves? It wasn't even like I forgot to cancel it before the 30 day trial was up!!! ****SCAM**** You've been warned.

After I was lured in for 30 day free trial, and I signed in, I wasn't able to see any tutorial. Then again popped free 7 day trial, after which I was taken to give my visa data. Also it used my facebook data without asking. I've seen 30 seconds of "tutorial" for maya where "tutor" talks some nonsense for whole duration of half a minute. AVOID!
