Found in the header of a spam message: svr5.localdomain ([119.81.91.36]). From: Online Order Dept <orders@orderproduce.com> Registrar networksolutions.com. Contact: New Ventures Services, Corp (proxy, easy way to hide). Good try. The IP traces right to this ISP out of Singapore. Good luck, you will be blocked. More spam: "A Dream". Message header: ***** ([169.45.92.9]). Domain was created on the 11th of this month. Hidden contact. Registrar is Softlayer. Going RED.

Softlayer one of the most hostile ISPs in terms of spam and malwares is now a part of IBM. Because of their lax regulations a huge number of cyber criminals used their services to send relentless spam and host malicious sites. _______________________________________________ I would be cautious as to what takes place in due course of time as IBM has a lot to do before it can call it a day.

Do not respond to abuses about customers violate the law.

The company has been acquired by IBM and the bad management must be replaced in due course, but as of August 2015 it is still "The World's Worst Spam Support ISP" according to ***** If you are considering hosting with them, you may want to challenge them on this. Also note that some networks may block softlayer IP addresses to prevent malware infection.

Could be a good company but they don't seem to respond to abuse reports neither take any action to stop it.

Regularly hosts spammers and scammers. Does not seem to do anything about them via spamcop reports. Also large volumes of spam with links to malware hosted on GoogleDrive are coming from softlayer , its getting to the point where email that domain may become blocked by default. The fact that Symantec trusts this domain shows how low symantec have sunk. ***** ***** NEVER trust a spammer NEVER buy from spammers (High fraud risks) NEVER visit spammed web sites (High malware risks)

SPAM via ***** (dromaland.com , dromadaire-newsletter.fr, braderie-mail.com, ...) , ***** Again a f*cking French spammer polluter website of sh*t, apparently, a country full of corrupt, spammers, stammer theoretical laws giving rights to opt-in (because corrupt) and insecurity. Apparently this is the feast of site creations including fake sites for spam, scams, advertising to sell us their crap and pollute the planet with electric resources wasted! F*cking capitalism! F*ck OVH and other spamer's hosts! And address of sh*t again! One day, the number of Internet domains used for SPAM extensively exceed the number of useful internet domains, like the number of SPAM received which represents 90% of e-mails that are received in the world! The capitalists are real r*tten! Proof here: ***** /!\ A VERY IMPORTANT TIP /!\ : DON'T CLICK ON ANYLINK IN A SPAM, INCLUDING THE UNSUSCRIBE LINK, BECAUSE YOU WOULD CONFIRM THAT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS VALID, TO BETTER SPAMMING YOU, this r*ttenness is very contagious with illegal resale data, unofficially legal in corrupt countries, including France!

3
Considering the amount of support for phishing, malware and spamming that I have traced back to this ISP, I must consider this a hostile ISP. They actively support criminal activity.

I got tired of sending SPAM reports to this ISP, but it doesn't stop neither take any measures to stop it. I never had any contact with it or any of its partners, so they certainlly got my email address ilegally, and ilegally send me SPAM.
