Is solidtechies.com Safe?

I have been scammed by Solidtechies.com. In January 2015 I purchased the $99 one year support package and was told by salesman David that they would waive the monthly fee due to the repeated problems I incurred with them over a two month period on my prior 6 month package. I called for support March 13 2015 and received a resolution to my problem. I did not get charged or pay any monthly fee in February or March 2015. I called them with a problem today ***** and was refused service because I had not paid the $19 monthly fee. I explained that the fee was waived but they will not help me unless I purchase another package. Stay away from these crooks.

I recently bought a service contract (VERY EXPENSIVE) with Solidtechies.com, recommended by a service staff at Adaware. I was promised it would speed up my computer, resolve software conflicts and and screen for malware and viruses. I have spent the last 2 days working with support staff using remote control program. My computer does not work any faster, sometimes slower. At least once a program froze.The on-line sessions have been frustrating. The staff don't always listen and are not always working on my computer. I feel cheated. I recommend - stay away!
