Some functionary of the RIAA must be very active out there, because they are the only ones with a problem here. This is a perfectly legal Russian distributor of MP3 files. It does pay royalties, just not the extravagant prices the major record companies would like to collect. It is highly recommended for teachers or others who need small samples of particular music.
