I ordered a pair of boots during the Christmas shopping season & what I received was not what I ordered. I sent a complaint email after close of business. When I logged onto my email the next morning there was a pre-paid shipping label attached to their email of apology. This was a most pleasant surprise, considering their speed of fixing the problem on one of their busiest days of the year. I've made several purchases from them now & commend their customer service & quality of merchandise.

Regular deals via e-mail once you are a customer could constitute spam, BUT it's so easy to opt out of them and they honor the opt out quickly. Excellent retailer, good and quick service, items as advertised. A good place to shop.

Purchase experience was fine, but the non-stop spam afterward is NOT. They did not honor their own unsubscribe policy.
