The vendor reliability should be improved, but my overall experiene as a non-paying customer was a good one nonetheless.

I've looked at their free content, and found the information and events coverage to be remarkably balanced. Can't afford to buy a subscription, their rates are not cheap. If I was working in a related position, I'd sure want my employer to have a subscription.

Although by all accounts the information on this site was excellent, over Christmas 2011 it was hacked and thousands of email addresses, home addresses, passwords and credit card numbers of subscribers were exposed to computer criminals. Thus they must take a hit on their privacy rating.
