I've been trying to contact Earthlink's abuse team for weeks with no luck. They seem very disorganised for a major company and I'm not impressed.There is no way to open a ticket if you have delivery problems to Earthlink and are not a customer, and their live chat is only trained to help with basic technical problems. Although they boast of "award-winning" support, do not believe it. Their support is all outsourced to developing countries and are unable to help with any queries that are not in their training manuals, or to put you in contact with anyone else in the company.
