Godaddy is one of the world's largest domain registrar and provider of services like web hosting | business email | Web designing | Ecommerce services etc. Using Godaddy since 2009 but never had any issues. In regard to Godaddy Support the only thing lacking is a Live Chat Support which all other registrars have. Godaddy has email support or phone support but not everybody is comfortable calling.

GoDaddy support internet censorship. They supported bills such as SOPA and CISPA. In addition to this, their CEO is a man who shoot elephants for fun. Many people have problems with GoDaddy's support and their services, and due to this I have recently transferred domains away from GoDaddy. Don't use them!

All our websites are down, so are parts of Godaddy. it's been like this for over an hour, yet their status page at http://support.godaddy.com/system-alerts/ has "No issues to report" Obviously not the case - we can't get through on their help line
