this site asks for money to register people to take surveys which are actually free to take!

If you pay to use it, it does give you a pretty comprehensive list of survey sites and other ways to make money. However, it gives you the impression that they are hosting the surveys, and that there will be surveys for $20+. That is not the case. You can find the same information via google for free.
