Is swipebids.com Safe?

Yahoo puts this in your email interface as if it is sighting legitimate claims about people winning items but they have cycled the same winners for the past month. Looks like I am going to stop using the yahoo email service since this is a perfect display of the ludicrous lack of care yahoo holds towards their users.

HOW TO WIN A DISPUTE AGAINST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BANK!!!!! Once registered you are charged $150.00 fee without authorization that banks will NOT refund because you gave them your credit card number to join the site EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER STATE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OR YOUR CARD TO JOIN! The purpose is suppose to to be an eBay like auction site, when it fact its a fake site meant to collect credit card numbers. IN order to protect yourself YOU MUST USE THE ONLINE CHAT WINDOW THEY PROVIDE< CONTACT THEIR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR STATE THAT YOU WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE $150.00 AND ONCE THEY STATE IN WRITING ON THE SCREEN THEY WILL REFUND THAT AMOUNT, CUT AND PASTE THAT CHAT CONVERSATION INTO A TEXT DOCUMENT SO YOU CA USE IT AS PROOF WITH YOUR BANK FOR A CHARGE BACK/BANK DISPUTE. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL HAVE DOCUMENTATION THAT A REFUND WAS MENTIONED, OTHERWISE THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND< DENY THEY EVEN SAID IT, AND VISA AND MASTERCARD WILL USE YOUR TEXT DOCUMENT AS PROOF IN YOUR DISPUTE AND YOU WILL WILL LIKE DID AGAINST THEM. OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT WIN A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE. This site sucks you in with outrageously low prices and then throws outrageously charges for membership. Once you realize your mistake in joining, they make you jump though hoops to.get your money back, even if you try to cancel the membership in the time it takes their page to load. BEWARE

"SwipeBids cannot guarantee that product or pricing information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free" From what I see this means how much It says your goina pay is not what your actually goina pay. "You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SwipeBids and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, sublicensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action and other proceedings (collectively, “Claims”), including but not limited to legal costs and fees, arising out of or relating to: (i) Your breach of this Agreement, including without limitation any representation or warranty contained in this Agreement; (ii) Your access to or use of the Website or Services; or (iii) Your provision to SwipeBids or any of the Indemnified Parties of information or other data." If someone could check out this one that would be great but I think it basically means as stated in (ii) if you use their website you are required to defend them in any claims. Again if someone could conferm this that would be great.
