There was no problem with my order of 2 replacement large ballpoint pens with the delivery at no extra cost: it arrived 9 days later. While I have no complaints and would like to give this site an unqualified endorsement, others have given some unfavourable comments here. I would add, though, that no one has left one in over 3½ years.

Had exactly the same experience as locodice, Took money and no delivery after several weeks and follow-up emails (no response). Received refund from credit card company.
