at least this site is not phishing nor scams, i checked the query "link:http://www.system-tools-software.com" in both yahoo&google and found nearly all wondershare sites link to this site, which indicates it is wondershare official site indeed. "

I have been to the other Wondershare site: www.wondershare.com which has a good WOT rating and I have downloaded and used software from that website with no problems. Also at the bottom you can see the approval seals from Mcafee and Norton and system-tools-software.com does not have these seals. If it really is an official Wondershare site, I don't understand why they would have two websites that look similar. If you compare them, they look a little different. Wondershare is based in China, while this does not mean that the actual company is bad, it may mean that there could be many imitators to trick people into thinking it is their site. Imitation Apple store anyone? "

I do not understand why this site gets negative ratings. It contains excellent software, both freeware and shareware. You may need to give your email to use some of the freeware, but you do not get spammed. "
