Is tapestodigital.com Safe?

This is a terrible service! I have had the displeasure of ordering conversion of an old video of my now deceased aunt to DVD and when I received the DVD after nearly 1 month, it was a completely different video. I figured, everybody makes mistakes so I contacted the company and someone got back to me 4 days later saying that if I am not satisfied with the quality of the video it is because the nature of VHS tapes being of poor quality. After reading this preposterous email I gather whoever received my message didn't even bother reading it and had sent me a generic response. This sort of infuriated me so I sent another email and now they refuse to do anything about this because since they offer free shipping, and I can quote here, "How do we know our customers aren't trying to scam us into making them more copies for free?" I don't know about you but this is very unprofessional and disrespectful. After my third email, I guess I angered them because I got a very rude response where I was told that their time is better spent processing larger client orders rather than dealing with 10 minute videos on VHS tapes.......That's funny, I thought I paid my dues just like everybody else, fair and square! Please, do yourself a favor and don't give this lousy excuse for a business anymore thought!
