Is teamspeak.net Safe?

I bought into this service for a year. It was pretty stable. Once the renewal came up I used their website to pay via paypal. The next few days my server expired. It was ok at first figuring it might take a few days for them to see the payment and start the server up. After a month I put in a ticket to them asking what happened to my server. They didn't answer me in a week so I flagged the payment in Paypal. Then I finally got their attention. go figure. I then requested them to refund my money because of the poor customer service not to mention I already lost a month. They have refused to refund me even though I never got a server back up. I now have to fight for my money back via paypal. Avoid at all cost since they are now stealing money.
