Spam with offer for penis enlargement stuff, but also wrong spelling : Vigara in stead Viagra and Cilias in stead of Cialis ( or so ). Don't click the "order now" button. High risk of getting infected and/or your mail address being added to the lists spammers use. Egyptian site with hidden whois.
