Is telebrands.com Safe?

I ordered something off the TV commercial for a related company, provided my credit card info and went through sales pitch after sales pitch before finally getting down to what I was ordering, but they provided me with a bunch more sales pitch and I hung up the phone. What I wanted to order was shipped and charged, but I placed a stop-payment order against any future charges. Good thing too, for I was charged for another order and it was rejected, just about time a check would have bounced had the charge cleared.

Beware! This company will rip you off every chance they get! I ordered a $20 product from them and cancelled the order the same day. The order was cancelled. One month later, I was billed for $127.88. I called their customer support number and got run in circles many times. Don't expect to talk to a supervisor because they are always on another call and you can't be put on hold to wait for them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, POSSIBLY MANY TIMES OVER.
