Is teleflora.com Safe?

Terrible service. I have used them twice to order flowers for a funeral and both times they screwed up the order and never notified me. They sometimes will send you an email but it will be days later. Phone calls to customer service results in outright lies and the company trying to get out of their guarantee. The most recent incident, they screwed up the order not once, not twice, but four times! I wish I had checked the web before ordering from them again because there are really bad reviews all over the web.

Ordered flowers from teleflora.com for valentines day. Paid extra for v-day delivery. I got a conformation from teleflora.com saying the flowers had been delivered, but the flowers didn't show until more then 24 hours later by Bancoft (the telaflora contracted florist)! The flowers were not what I ordered, and the $9.99 chocolates I added to my order consisted of 6 chocolates in a small bag with various brands of chocolates. My wife had a horrible day on v-day which could have been made better had she only gotten the flowers that were 'guaranteed' to be delivered. I couldn't get a hold of anybody in customer service. The flowers and chocolates were the only thing I got her (considering the $80 price tag). Since she had to go to class @ MSU after work so I couldn't even take her out to dinner. My wife was completely present-less on valentines day. This was by far the worst valentines day ever.
