Online-Vollsortimenter im Bereich Handys, Telefone und Handyzubehör

Das Problem, dass die Ware nicht auf Lager war hatte ich zwar auch, allerdings wurde mir kostenlos ein "Upgrade" auf eine andere Farbvariante angeboten, die regulär für einen höheren Preis angeboten wurde. Der gesamte Prozess des Vertragsabschlusses und Zusendung des Handys ging unproblematisch und rasch. Der Support ist ebenfalls sehr schnell und die Antworten (per eMail) sind brauchbar und umfassen - eine Seltenheit heutzutage. Ich halte diesen Anbieter für Kompetent und habe den exzellenten Support bereits zu schätzen gelernt.

Ware wird mit "am Lager" angezeigt.Ein tag nach dem die Zahlung geleistet wurde kommt eine mail mit dem hinweis."momentan nicht lieferbar". obwohl der Artikel noch immer als "am Lager" ausgezeichnet ist.
