Is teleperformance.com Safe?

May not be an issue with spam but definitely an issue with violating the CDN telemarketing act.. Repeated calls... I've already opted out of Rogers marketing.. Twice by hand now... Once by calling in.. If they continue to call me I will file a lawsuit against Rogers Inc and Teleperformance... Not only that but I am already registered on the national do-not call list.. The worst thing is I have already told them once to stop calling.. Teleperformance immediately contacted a rep who a second later calls me! and I tell him get me off the fricking list.. Oh no problem sir.. etc etc.. Now I am back on it in direct violation of Telecom Decision CRTC ***** and probably many others.. Last warning Rogers..

It is plausible that this site has a bad rating because of individuals who were laid off or fired from this company trying to discredit the company by giving the site a bad rating, even lying and saying that it distributes malware, And link to this site:(http://malwarepatrol.net/cgi/submit?action=list) If you use the find command, you will not find this site in the list at all.
