This is the official website of Caustic (Matt Fanale). I don't know where the bad rating is coming from nor does Matt have any explanation for it. He said that the website got hacked some times ago, which would explain the low "trustworthiness" but that he had never a real complaint about him as a "vendor". I can say that I've ordered a hoodie from him and that he delivered it pretty quick. No problems at all.
