Is this a #parody? No, and this is the funny thing. The people behind the flat Earth society really believe that the Earth is flat (yes in year 2014). You can entertain yourself by reading all these theories, since the site is safe in terms of safety. But, of course, don't take the theories seriously

This earth is an oblate spheroid, a fact that has been proven scientifically as long ago as in ancient Greece. With that said, practically no information offered here is even remotely accurate.

There is some contend in the "random musing" part of the forum that is not child friendly. Overall the site is child friendly though.

This website is more silly than anything else: the Flat Earth Society advocates the view that the Earth is a flat plane (not a globe).
What I find amusing about this, is the question of whether or not the people behind this actually believe any of the inane nonsense posted here.
