The hook: Offering a free ringtone. Type your number in here and bam- $9.99 will be charged to your phone. It doesn't matter if the features are compatible with your phone or not, you have 24 credits- but it gets better; you'll be charged every $9.99 month if you are not paying attention. This could easily get a kid in trouble, because you don't know you have purchased anything until you look at your phone (IF it is prepaid you'll wonder where that $9.99 [just] went- check your bill It might say unknown 9.99. This is the epitome of lame.

Unfortunately, I have dealt with these people and it was a nightmare! I tried a "sample" ringtone, did not like it or their business and declined offer. For 3 months they charged a ringtone to my cell-phone bill at 10 bucks a month. I finally reached them after 4 different 1-800 numbers I was given, was prompted by a computer to press "3" to deactivate account and was still charged monthly. I finally threatened to change cell-phone provider and Sprint finally did something about it. Yet, I was still out 30 dollars.
