Is tigerdirect.com Safe?

I've had multiple problems with orders. Apparently other have too: ***** recently with TigerDirect with me returning a refund offer slip to the designated return point, to have to contact the POC by phone 8 months later to be told that they will not be sending me a refund due to a minor technicality in how they counted days of the postage mark from the day of purchase as opposed to the clearly written no more than 30 days after the offer ends. It took them a while to ship out the order, but they also added in that time to my limited window return clock shortening the time further. Yet another order that I should not have trusted them with, and cost me another $30 (plus postage and wasted time/effort) more than I expected when buying the item.

First of all, the price of a tv magically changed between the time I put it in my cart, and checkout. I cancelled the order within 20 minutes, and still, the next day it shipped. Once they have your money forget about it.

I have to mark it down. It is LESS messed up than Newegg- but a recent visit to it showed a high number of trackers and an XSS linking to ***** in which Google found a worm: ***** Delisted!

They have probably the worst customer service of ANY retailer. (seriously they must get their customer service handbook from like comcast or something) You will have a better buying experience buying from craigslist... On top of that, they have ridiculously SLOW shipping/processing. 2 day guaranteed shipping = 5-7 business days to get to you from order date./.. free shipping literally will take almost a month to get to you after ordering... and that is for the continental US (i coudlnt imagine anywhere else they would ship to)
