Is tmart.com Safe?

I've bought from them many times. Usually charge cables, internal phone batteries, digitizers, cases, and other non urgent items. The items from their USA warehouse arrive quick, China two weeks, sometimes more. I've had a few rare issues with items and they do their best to fix them above and beyond other low end sellers. I average an order every month as I give cables away and fix friends phones for them to be a good egg and have karma paid forward. I never noticed a spamming issue. An email or two a week, nothing crazy compared to groupon, WSD, and others that are more prodigious. If your looking for low end disposable stuffs they are great, if your looking for high quality long lasting cables, shop elsewhere.

Na ja und die 5-6 Wochen Lieferzeit finde ich auch normal denn die Lieferung ist kostenlos und 9000 Kilometer entfernt . Ja man bekommt auch lustige Markenfälschungen angeboten aber das ist nun mal so in China und für 3,-$ gibt es eben keine orginal Ice-Watsh sondern nur eine gut funktionierenden Nachbau.

They sent me an email thanking me for buying from their site before, I have never bought from this site! I had never even heard of it before today. I think they have an eBay account and somehow they got my email through there. I'd avoid this site, it engages in SPAMMING and therefore cannot be trusted.

I ordered a Plantronics M50 Bluetooth headset, but upon receiving the package, i found that it was already opened and Bluetooth headset was missing. After calling to customer care did not got any satisfactory response. Never ever buy from this website.

First, customer service is a joke. They take more than a day to "answer" you, and then you realize they didn't understand a word, or they act like they didn't. The most important thing is the sale fraud that they constantly run there. All the things "on sale" aren't really on sale. If you check some time after that magnificent over 80% off sale, you'll see the item's price is really that. They basically make up a much higher price just to discount it to its normal price, a practice well known for shops. Just check other chinese resellers if you don't believe me, their prices will most likely match. And if you are lucky enough to find an item at a really incredibly low price, they will not send it to you, with whatever excuse, like "item is sold out", while it's still available for purchase in the store. They basically use these few fake incredibly low sale prices to make you place an order, cancel those items and then send you only the rest. Last but not least, they also offer an express delivery option at an incredible price for a chinese shop, like 3.5 euro. Well, guess what? It's another fake. They will cancel it and ship with normal snail mail with another excuse. To honor the truth, they promptly refund you whenever they cancel anything from your order, but I wouldn't let the 45 paypal days pass if you didn't receive your order, just open a paypal dispute and wait some more before converting it. They takes weeks to ship, so you'll likely use all those 45 days, but the stuff arrived for me, so good luck.

I ordered a digital voice recorder from ***** and received it in 4 days from New Jersey warehouse to Northern California. I am very happy with order and merchandise. It's what it said it was and I received is in good condition. I have absolutely no connection with the company, so help me God.

they may say they have the item, but i found out that they will have the item in 7 days or more and then send it out on there 1 too 2 day service, so if it says om the email 1 too2 days guess that is a week + if your lucky if you dont mind 1 or 2 weeks till your item arives then good luck

If earlier a site the orders sent that now are not present. They simply are engaged in a deceit! For last 3 months I have not received from them not one my order! They entered me into a deceit and only for one order I have had time to return the money. Если раньше сайт отправляли свои заказы то сейчас нет . I love shopping with tmart. Good customer response even though shipping is bad and slow for “Free Shipping”, but it still arrived at my doorstep. very favorable tmart prices, you can not take it with Amazon, ebay ratio, but I think that tmart worth buying.
