Is topresume.com Safe?

Very unprofessional. Reviewed the feedback that they provided with other professionals (university career development center & various heads of HR from my network) and they vehemently disagreed with many of their suggestions, touting TopResume's "resume expert" as a charlatan. The feedback does not take into account my current stature, is too vague for practical application, and reflects an extremely outdated, archaic method of resume structuring. Overall, not helpful at all and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I broached the matter to the resume expert politely and never received a response, which adds to the unprofessionalism and is precisely the reason why I can justify this scathing review. They offer to reply to questions, but never actually reply to anything, which is extremely rude and reflects poorly on the entire service.
