Very nice aggregator of everything that you need for trips. The website is UI friendly and safe. But check out a couple of them before you decide to book a hotel or flight. Some have discounts and some of them don’t

Be aware this service (Chinese) will try to avoid any responsibility in refunding any reservation. There is little to no accountability on their part. Once you give them money, it is gone. I have lost around 1,000 USD to these people, who will not refund my reservation due to the COVID virus. I would highly recommend dealing with a travel service that has provisions for cancellation of reservations and reimursement for cancellations instead of this company.

I bought airline tickets from Thailand to Hong Kong on *****. I made a small mistake when ordering and paying, and I only found out about it when I got my ticket in the mail. But thanks to the support, it was fast and most importantly free of charge. I did read the reviews on Trip.com and many of them were negative. I hadn't read them before because I found the aggregator on Revieweek (https://revieweek.com/review/trip/). I do not know about the others, but I had no problems with trip.com.

So far I've used it three times to get the best web deals on travel. It searches all the sites at once, even Priceline.
