I entered my tracking number by dragging it, but it said it was not correct, this is the first time this has ever happened with UPS.... I am not sure what I should do.. I guess I should call them directly.

The tracking is nice and that. It's useful to see how a package is progressing if you need to know when it's coming. But on the other hand, sometimes, the tracking is far too slow and sometimes doesn't even update before the package arrives .But that doesn't happen every time. Doesn't compare to UPS tracking, but it's not too bad.

USPS is the best route to go for sending letters, but I like to stick with UPS, FedEx or DHL for all my other shipping needs. I must say that the USPS is getting better with their rates and shipping times, or at least it is in my area.

They charge for 2-3 day delivery, but it doen't start until USPS gets it . They don't count the 2-4 days it takes for UPS to delivery it to USPS . If you get the basic shipping they ship it directly using USPS.

Good site--useful, informative info although "complete" info is lacking. Site appears to be safe. To many graphics--far to enhanced. Since they can't seem to make any money a simpler web site would have been wiser.

there tracking system isn't worth the time it took to invent it. They are terribly slow in updateing the information. There was a one time I already received the package and they still showed it not even picked up yet. UGH! Can't do anything about how some vendors ship but I won't use the tracking again.
