Is trysaphire.com Safe?

This site originally advertised a risk-free, completely free trial of it's product. One only had to pay for shipping. NOWHERE on the original website did it state that by engaging in this free trial a person was authorizing further charges to their credit card. When the product arrived, it came with an order receipt which also made no mention of any further charges. 2 weeks after collecting their shipping and handling charges, the company charged almost $100 to my credit card without authorization. Tried to contact them at their "24/7" customer service - mailbox was full. E-mailed them and got no response. Finally went to the bank, filed a dispute notification, and closed my card as a precaution and had a new one issued. These people are unscrupulous - stay away from this product and from related products such as Regal e-cigs. They are all related. Just check out how many people at different complaint sites have registered complaints against this company. Now, if you go to the website, it's been changed - it says starter kit and doesn't offer the free trial. But I have a printout of their original offer which I showed to my bank along with copies of some of the complaints from other consumers. DO NOT BUY!
