Is tunesfun.com Safe?

FUMING!!! There is no way that there is just myself and this one other person on here, as well as nothing when searched on Google or Trustpilot ? This company seems to have no reviews what so ever and only general sites. I paid for a month Audible converter and have now had money taken from my card and have no way of cancelling!! My emails have bounced back apart from one which advised that my subscription was cancelled, then money was debited from my bank the day after £9.46. It is looking like I will need to cancel my card to stop these thieves. I have used the only email address given for support and on their site there is no info on cancelling . This is wrong and I want to know how info is not being shown on Google as there must be more people angry with this crap. I emailed again when money was taken wanting a refund!! Nothing back at all and a lot of emails were bounced back as address not valid. Audible and Amazon seem to know nothing about them to say their name is used as well as Spotify and Apple? What is going on these need reporting

Looks on the up and up in appearances, converts the music but what they don't tell you is that your monthly subscription auto renews every month and they make it hard for you to cancel it. Long story short there is no easy way to cancel your subscription besides emailing them which I still haven't had anyone respond to.
