I have no hesitation in recommending twitter as an excellent means of social networking and microblogging. Fantastic. However I generally rate social networking sites slightly lower in their privacy and child safety scores simply because these are public and open networks. It pays to be careful, but this shouldn't mean users or parents should be too concerned. Nor do I wish to portray any privacy or child issue with Twitter.com as a company. "
