Not a cross-site scripting danger any more than any other third-party script, but what Tynt does is still suspect. It logs everything you copy or even select on a website and inserts a link into the copied text.
Obviously, the goal in mind is to get as many backlinks as possible to increase the site's page rank, and to achieve that goal they trample a) user privacy (everything you copy is logged) and b) user experience. Unless you like having your clipboard altered. "
