E-commerce package dysfunctional and telephone calls costs 50p per minute to fix. Took them 72 hours to set up instead of their quoted 24 hours. Technical support does not reply within 24 hours by email, even if they do the reply is less than helpful and you have to contact them again and wait 24 hours more. I have asked for two credits for things that I did not order that support thought I needed, next week I may lose my client and have to request a third credit on their 30 day trial package. They take the biscuit as the worst host I have dealt with in the UK for 12 months.
