Is us.dubli.com Safe?

I have been using this site for almost 2 months. In the time that I have been a member I have earned almost $300 in cash-back and collected $100, the rest is pending release due to a difference in retailers' policies. I had it explained that usually the length of time to wait for release of cash-back funds is due to return policy (can't return an item for full refund after receiving your cash-back). At this time I have only glanced at the music and games made available to VIP members.

I don't know why this site has a bad scorransferie. I've been a free member for quite a while now and i never had any bad experiences using it. It's totaly free and the shopping mall has very low prices compared to where I live, plus i get a cash back. I never had problems transfering money from dubli to my account or vica versa. Though I only use the free stuff I don't really know about the auctions if they are any good and honestly i don't even care, because I am not going to use them.
