Is utsavfashion.com Safe?

Don't do it! I have ordered from the company many times. Almost every time I order they make stupid mistakes on my order. My measurements have always been the same but they will send clothing with shorter sleeves then I ordered, a few times the arm hole was to small and cut of circulation in my arms, once the neck hole was to small and I couldn't get my head through. They will often send clothing where the pants are much shorter then ordered. I am not a very tall woman, I am an average height of an American woman (5'6). Twice the area between the salwar's crotch and waist was so small I had to wear the pants very low on my waist and even then the material would bunch in between my legs. It was very uncomfortable. I have a few suits from them that are unwearable. Their return policy is a complete joke. They will often just argue with you if you want to return something and even if it completely and utterly their fault you still have to pay for return shipping. I once finally got them to refund my money after I paid for the shipping and they wanted to send me a check instead of refunding my paypal account. They claimed there was something wrong with the refunds on their paypal account, however they can still received money from costumers. I did not take their check becasue I fully believed if I tried to cash it, it would bounce or worse be fraudulent. Don't not waste your time. It will be wrong 85% of time, it will take a month to come and if you try to return it they will argue.
