It's not a budget rentals site, it;s quite overpriced.

If you are trying to seek a vacation rental from outside the US be careful. I have been refused 3 rentals simply because I gave an address (for the rental contract) which was in a foreign country and not in the US

Although I had no problems with this company last year, this year is different. Instead of a single price for the properties it is now a range. When I asked for a price for a certain week they quoted more than the maximum listed. Greedy and overall just scummy. Too bad, but I have to recommend a boycott. There are other fish in the sea.
