Is valuebasket.com Safe?

This company is masquerading as UK company but products are being sent from abroad. What if something goes wrong? I have had bitter experience of this with another similar company as the product had to be sent back to Hong Kong!!. (they eventually sent the phone back still broken) Given that most items are high value, in my opinion it would be madness to use Valuebasket. I recently requested a cancellation in good time and they refused, then charged me £25 for 'restocking' ..... Absurd! Beware, and buy from a proper UK source.

Compré una cámara de fotos en esta tienda y nunca la recibí. Ellos afirmaban que si y me tocó denunciarles hasta que el juez me dió la razón. Es una web en la que no confío y que no recomiendo para nada. Si buscas una compra online tranquila aléjate de esta opción.

Hi, all in this site is untrue. The prices are attractives but there is no stock, no delivery. Nevertheless, to pay your invoice it is very easy ! When you get a claim there is no customer service. Only automatics messages send by server. This site is a real con !!!

When I cancelled my order after three weeks of waiting of the dispatch I got an email that my smartphone is out of stock. However all that time the available value of that smartphones in stock were changing from 3 to 8. This stock DOESN'T EXIST!!!

A camera required for a trip to India, leaving the UK on January 18th, was ordered on January 3rd, Their website stated "orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days". I telephoned to ask if the order could be expedited. But the order was still shown as being prepared on January 11th so I sent an email to cancel the order on that day. DHL attempted to deliver the camera on January 23rd. I am awaiting a refund of the payment taken on January 3rd.
