Is vetamerica.com Safe?

I called the "order by phone" number listed on this site twice, on two different days. After lengthy times on "hold" (18 & 42 min.), contacted them by email to see if there was a problem with their phone system. Received return email saying they did not take phone orders, please use website. I then sent a mail order, using the order form & address shown on the site. Letter was returned by postal service, no longer at this address. Both events seemed like red flags. I did not give them my credit card number on the internet.

I ordered Solid Gold urine pH test strips for my cat. It said they were in stock when I ordered them but then I got an email that they were out of stock. My order took just a few days longer to arrive. Their site stated 98% of items were in stock and if not they'd tell me and they did, so they lived up to that claim. The only thing I don't like is the product description could've been better and I didn't realize this until I got them. I need to see pH as low as 5 and the product only goes to 5.5. If they stated that on the site it would've been helpful but I would still order from them again. (I contacted them about adding that info.)
