Installs without your consent. Then it gives you a kikin popup which asks you to upgrade your browser / install more garbage. Stay away.

Site distributes the Viewpoint Media player, which is adware and will not be uninstalled properly from your computer after it has been installed, and the AOL instant messenger bundles it without user consent. Viewpoint Media Player will be reinstalled after uninstallation. Do not download AIM or Viewpoint Media Player at any cost.

Site distributes Viewpoint Media Player, which is safe, however, it installs onto your computer without user consent. For example, when one installs AIM (AOL Instant Messenger), this program is bundled with it (without telling the user). If one tries to uninstall this, it would reinstall itself without the user knowing. Viewpoint Media Player is often classified as Adware because of this.
