I've never had any problems with ViralUrl.com. Mainly
I just use site to cloak links. I am a free member.
I don't know if the unhappy commenters are upgraded members or not,maybe they really believed that they'd
get rich using this site.
I don't believe signing up with any system, affiliate program, product or service will make you rich in a short
period of time, if ever.
What I'm looking for is residual income. I believe this site
can help me do that.

I have found Viral URLl to be a very good site. It takes my long url's and shortens them so that I can use them in my email campagins and email providers will not truncated my urls I have had good experience with this site.

I think there is some confusion regarding this site.
Just because a few bad apples use the service to and have bad sites go through their cloaking service, the site itself is a good site.
