vu7.info is one of many fake URL shortening services registered on Godaddy. The registrants are from Russia, as usual. The issue was detected and alerted by Symantec in their Intelligence Report: October 2011 "Spammers operate spam-friendly URL-shortening services using free, open-source software; Eastern Europeans targeted by premium-rate SMS dialer app" These fake URL shorteners redirect victims to various scams and frauds - the usual fake pharmacies, etc. Don't be tempted to use this service, it will probably not last long. And any URL looking like ***.info/etc where *** is 3 alphabetic/numeric characters is definitely to be voided
