This is a good site. It has improved greatly in the past years. It used to have many viruses in its programs, but I've found only a few recently. Be sure to scan all the files you download from here. I prefer pokecommunity.com, but there are many things here you can't find elsewhere.

Those virus informations are completely mislead. The only problem in this site was with a file that was not really a virus, but a false positive. There aren't any problems with the site ans it's perfectly child-safe, as most of its visitants are children or young adults (it's a Pokémon site!).
