I have no idea how this web site got a bad WOT reputation. I'm not seeing any tracking cookies or scams. No advertising to speak of. No malware warnings either. I could see some warning about suitability for children as some of the desktops are of scantily clad women (fantasy and real). There's nothing here that I haven't seen walking through the mall though. Seems like a very good repository of wallpapers with on-the-fly scaling and cropping to your desktop's resolution.

Seems fine to me. No false advertising; I was able to find the wallpapers they advertised via google images.
