Is wallpapersonweb.com Safe?

This site has shown itself in my website logs to be hijacking copyright images, presumably scavenged from legitimate image resources like Google Image Resource. That indicates that it is an unscrupulous site that is liable to load the visitor's computer with malware or / and send the visitor to unsuitable sites, very likely via cloaked links. To be avoided like the plague. Sites like this are also seriously harming the genuine image resource sites, including a major site of mine (www.clear-mind-photos.co.uk), which is now getting almost no human traffic at all, thanks to these image 'scraper' parasites.
