Misleading information: They say to cook garbanzo beans you need onions and celery, and then you can make hummus. This is not true. You just soak them and then boil them in water. Now, if you want a garbanzo recipe they are ok, but they never said "garbanzo recipe" they say "how to cook garbanzo beans". So, basically, they don't know how to cook garbanzo beans. Be carefull what you read on this website, and cross-reference with other information from other sites. Here is a way better site: *****
