I haved ordered a laser from their website paying with my creditcard. They did not sent me an orderconfirmation, but afther 3 months i had to talk to my bank to get my money back from this company. This says a lot about it. Of course i have sent then an email asking where my order is, but they never answered. This website is useless, and not reliable. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

The company makes claims about its products that are not true. Easy one to check is their claim about the Arctic 3 as being in the Guinness Book of World Records 2007. Do not look at their site, go find a physical copy of the book and check. Their customer service record is not so great and it can be murderous to get them to refund your costs when they fail to ship your package at all. Be careful when considering ordering from this company directly as it is in China and items will be required to go through customs and you will have to pay the duty taxes on it, as they are not included in the price.

My order has been shipped 5 days after the ordering. 2 days after that it was in the capital of my country. The only slow moment was the customs. The laser has been released by the customs only after a week and I had to pay the tax. The package has been examined several times and the customs officers carelessly cut the case of the safety goggles.

They are not a scam. They were a pretty small company when the press got them and they were swamped with orders. They have recovered and are back to a great company. I had an order with them a few years ago with no real problem Not now, I ordered 6 weeks ago, no ship date, no equipment, they no longer answer their phone or accept emails. can not even get to their website now. Looks like they took my money and ran.

My friend ordered lasers from them that never came. They offered him other products as part of their deal that they refused to deliver. One of their support people lied to him about the status of his order. They seem to be a flaky and dishonest company.

Ordered product from them 3 months ago. Website claims product in stock. Several 'form letter' emails stating they will ship the next day. To this day they haven't shipped product nor will they provide tracking information or accurate shipping estimates.
