Is wikihow.com Safe?

It’s a live saving website, sometimes. Not every time, I can ask someone or know how to do a certain thing. Or even embarrassed to ask from people, I had such problems, gotta admit it:XD With the help of wikeguides, I learned many things and continue finding it helpful. If only they made such services more.

It served its purpose of helping people. Ofc, there are some people that expect miracles and whole guides to their lives, but it’s now how it works. I use it basically for some repairs or when I need assistance for some topics that are not discussed with people. Better to use wikihow guides, than listen to a person's “Why do you need this?”, better, much better. Still, nowaday, I found the usage of AI more helpful on some matters, you can go with prompts, which obviously can’t with wike guides. I respect the work that they do, kudos to their helpful hand, when I needed.

I know some poeple use it for making memes like they point out some obvious stuff, you you can't imagine how many people forget even obvious stuff. Today I couldn't set up a pc and didnt know what to do with some cables and found the instruction here, so it helped a lot.

It comes up every time I search something on google. Every. Single. Time. It’s not that the website it bad or something, it actually looks fine. It’s that the articles are mediocre at best. Okay, there are some helpful ones from time to time but the vast majority are just plain obvious advice without any real insights You know when you wake up in the middle of the night with a random question in your mind that you’re really craving to find out? It’s the perfect place to go, see some average answers, and then go back to sleep

Props to a man, or it was actually some sort of corporation that invented the Internet. How would I live without advice from wikihow? Some questions are quite embarrassing to ask from people, in these cases, their practical advice help a lot. I just wonder how people lived without those kinds of services, which are completely free, they knew everything or had guts to ask anything from anybody,IDK.

Well, some advises form there, were very helpful, you know those basic things that you`re embarrassed to tell someone to tell you how to do them, but at the same time, you need to learn, otherwise you`ll embarrassed again:) Thanks to the internet and these kind of services, everything is explained in the simplest way possible. But, if you want to learn, something serious, it won`t be a good idea to stick to this service. Wiki still is wrietten by authors, not field experts, so everybody have to be carful and use it for the designed purposes, not for thing that require expertise, e.g medicine.

Sometimes weird instructions are given, I remember a bunch of memes in Tik Tok connected to WikiHow and their instructions. However, you can find here "how to" on everything in your life and this is why I find them valuable for the society development. Nowadays things got easier with such platforms. Articles from experts and entertaining ones are also attractive, so, recommended without remorse.

A website that claims to let you know wiki"How to do anything". The tutorials are usually helpful, and even gives you tips and warnings. At the end of an article, users can ask questions that other wikiHow users can answer. However, since anyone can make an article, they can be low quality.

wikiHow is one of the sites that I return to over and over again. The wide variety of topics and detailed images, step by step instructions and videos are all so helpful. For all of my "how-to" questions, no matter the topic, I know I can trust wikiHow and the amazing community that helps to update and edit the site.
