Woot's customer service page says you will hear back within 24 hours if you have an issue with a product. I've sent multiple emails and its been five days now with no response. Very disappointed..would NOT do business with them again since they apparently sell defective products and have no customer service. No, there's nothing in my spam/junk folders - I'm being ignored, and they don't have any contact options other than email.

Bought a modem from them and it constantly is disconnecting with t3 timeouts. They only replace things for 21 days after purchase and they claim it comes with 90 day warranty through motorola. Motorola says woot is not an authorized retailer of refurbished modems and will not honor the warranty.

Has gone down hill the past few years. Once, it was a site I checked first thing every morning. Now, i just glance at it every couple of weeks.
