Is www.carbideanddiamondtooling.com Safe?

I made an order on 25th October 2013 at site http://www.carbideanddiamondtooling.com. They claim to be "CDTooling at sales@CarbideAndDiamondTooling.com, Po Box 160, Ransomville, NY US". I payed with my credit card 178$US and my account was immediately stripped off for that amount; I got confirmation ("This email confirms that your order was received at CDTooling....") and later I got a confirmation email that the order is sent. From USA I usually wait about 20-35 days for packages to arrive, so I waited patiently about a month and then I sent them email asking what was happening with my order and I got no reply. I sent them about 4-5 other emails with no reply at all. The irony: on their site is written "We love to talk! ..." Then all of a sudden I got this message on 2nd December 2013: "There was a processing error with your order. Please confirm your shipping address and you order will reship in 24-72 hours. Sorry for the mix up." Why would I need to confirm my address at all is unclear, but anyway I confirmed the address in my email and waited another month! You guess - nothing arrived. After that I started to email them again and again. You guess again - no replies at all. There are almost 3 months after my order. Conclusion: people at Carbide are CROOKS. Do not pay them, do not trust them, ban them whereever you can and by all means. If you can report them to authorities. There place should be in jail.
