Honest hactivism site that exposes and teaches about exploits and malware. Example code is all detected and blocked by AV if you let it and they do not advocate or participate in actual criminal activities.
If you are looking at Back Orifice and it's plugins look at the dates they were published and the articles. That was a proof of concept to publicly alert the world to weaknesses in Windows and helped Antivirus companies slam that door shut while Microsoft fiddled for a few more years.

I believe the site it's self is safe, but it's purpose is to spread viruses and other garbage on the internet, so downloads are obviously infected.
