Is www.drtattoff.com Safe?

The current rating of this site makes no sense, vendor reliability rated 1, while trustworthiness is not rated at all? Looks like someone trying to game the system to me. Trustworthiness of the site is fine. No malware or dodgy content that I can find. They use a whois proxy, which is a negative, but not a big one, because they provide fully verifiable contact information on the site itself. The company has generally positive reviews on various review sites, and has been around for several years. No obvious warning signs of scams. The only privacy issue I see is that they offer an online appointment booking option which collects a small amount of PII without using SSL encryption. The information collected is pretty minimal though, just name, email, and appointment scheduling info. They don't collect financial info or other sensitive PII. Child safety is ok, the tattoo examples they show are mostly on arms and legs, nothing too intimate. There's no blood. Some of the videos do show people experiencing pain from the process, but nothing extreme. There is some skin in the promotional materials, but not anything you couldn't see on TV in a shampoo ad. Seems like a perfectly reasonable site, no reason for the extremely weird rating.
